Marianne Bernaldo has been working in the field of Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis for over 15 years. She is the current Director of Behavioral Programs at a private agency called Xcite Steps in San Diego in which she oversees the training and research department, as well as all of the social skills groups with clients, ages 3-18. Marianne has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCSD, a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Cal State Fullerton, a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2009. She has presented several poster presentations at national conferences and is involved with an Autism related research project through the San Diego State Research Foundation. Besides being an active member in Rotary, Marianne is also a current faculty member at the University of Phoenix where she specializes in teaching courses in Human Development and also enjoys cooking, interior decorating, collecting holiday ornaments, finding a good happy hour, and bargain shopping.
